LEADS|HOME BUSINESS

Leads and lead generation are extremely important when starting a home business. Before you go any further and start investing your time and cash, it's a good idea to test things out on a small scale.

Here are some things you can do.

No matter whether you plan to sell physical things, or you are starting a website, build a prototype. A prototype is a small version of your product that you build quickly to prove your idea is feasible. Show your prototype to a few leads using your lead and lead generation system to see what they think. If you get a good response, then you know you have a winner. Look closely at your sales leads and continue to perfect them during your testing period.

If you are providing a product or service, why not test it out on a few of your leads/potential customers. Give them a free try or a big discount to make sure that everything runs smoothly and the leads or customers are satisfied and happy with your product or service.

And don't forget to do some kind of survey to find out exactly what your leads and customers think of your product or service. You could get your product in the hands of leads and potential customers, include it with another product, or call leads up and say that you are just calling to make sure everything is going well.

So whatever you are planning, remember it's a good idea to test it out on a small scale with your leads before you hit the big time. Trying it out gives you the opportunity to build confidence in yourself, your business, your test leads and your potential customers without making big costly mistakes.
