LEADS in the world of business are referred to in many different ways. For business people who continue to purchase leads from lead companies, terms commonly used to describe what the companies are selling to you, are real time local leads, real time nationwide leads, double-opt-in surveyed leads and fresh opt-in leads. However, once a business starts to generate its own specialized leads, the above descriptions carrying new meaning. This discussion is the subject of another expose. The primary focus now is on quick and easy ways to build a profitable lead opt-in list.
First, get your customers to trust you and your products. Just
launching your opt-in lead list would not make you an expert and a
believable seller. Publish many articles, offer them free, give them away
first before you start an opt-in leadlist. Write about the topic you
know and have started and used for your website.
Attend and start forums first to gain knowledge about your customers,
about their wants and needs and target those wants and needs.
Join forums from other sites as well. Provide expert advice and
recommendations. When you feel that people trust you, you will

well with other forum users. You can ask them to join your lead list
as a part of your lead generation process.
Friends are always good customers. Put up a link to your website so that
they may be able to see what your business is all about.
The truth is, the money will only come in when the consumers
and subscribers believe and trust in you. They want a product or
service that could be a good exchange for their money. People are not
going to buy something out of your recommendation if they don’t know
you.
Then, it is imperative that you find a product or service that people want
and need. Although it may not be your forte, if you provide a service and
product that you have researched and learned about well, you can then
go forth with it. Invest your time, effort and money into the product or
service line for these niche buyers or subscribers of your opt-in lead
list.
While it is true that it is best to sell something that you have
interest in, there are not many people who have the same interest as
you if you decide to sell something that is not entirely popular or
profitable. Do your research well and you will see the profits come
in. Also provide your subscribers with promotional material that they
can actually use and spread around --- all a part of an effective and
profitable lead generation process.
